Leadership and effective collaboration are my areas of expertise, they make me happy. By leadership I mean: knowing WHO you are at the deepest level, WHAT your unique values and qualities are and WHERE you want to go. Knowing your vulnerable sides, because that's where your hidden talents are and the patterns that still hold you back. So first you must be able to lead yourself. In order to then effectively lead others. From authenticity and co-creation. 

Effective collaboration has, of course, to do with the work itself: clear goals, agreements, qualities needed. Though it has even more to do with how the communication goes. Are people listening or only sending information? Is there trust - in yourself and in the other. Is there openness - about what you can do and what you cannot yet do or dare to do? Understanding each other in the language you speak. Sometimes something is skewed in the organization, which has a negative impact on the team. So looking holistically is important. 

Coaching

1-on-1 coaching from one-time sessions to pathways. 

My holistic methodology gets to the heart of your leadership question quickly: through the body, I speak to your subconscious. The body knows your desires and knows what is holding you back. The head can easily fool you. By applying relaxation and breath work, we easily get to that source. I also like to work with constellations, inner dialogues and visualizations.

Training new or different leadership skills and collaborations is done through experience. First, the team or participants need(s) to understanding the why, the where and the how. Then to spend most of the time DOING. The Aligned TEAM Approach and nonviolent communication are powerful methodologies I enjoy working with.
