Who is Wendy?
As a child, I always wanted to be a heart surgeon. I was good at chemistry and became an engineer. Only to later return to the heart as a coach and trainer: making the shift from talking from the head to talking with the heart or intuition.
For the past 15 years, in a large technical company, I have coached leaders and management teams to use this resource. With great success in more happiness and effective behavior.
